The "Command" field for your manual kit should be:
C:/OpenSees-Solvers/bin/OpenSees.exe #1
The #1 is a placeholder for the file name that STKO will generate.
Also, copy all the HDF5 DLLs in the same folder where you have the OpenSees.exe, otherwise, it will not be able to find them.

I can run opensees (official version) according to what you said, but I found that this version does not seem to have the ND material of Damage2p. But OpenSees official website still has this material introduction, what is the reason?

Probably it has been removed also from the Official version.

Anyway, that material model is very similar to our DamageTC3D, try to use it instead
