It is saying that a Node used by an element is not in a domain. how many partition have you done in the STKO model?

That's the reason why it was giving that error.
You did 6 partitions, but from the image of the Command Line you invoked OpenSeesMP with only 1 partition. So OpenSees is "seeing" only 1/6 of your whole model
