In a beam model with fiber sections, the perfect bond between steel and concrete is assumed (plane sections remain plain).
If you want to use beam model then you should do something like this:

My goal was to add reinforcement to certain areas of the beam, so I divided them into two stages, but the result was even lower than the load-bearing capacity without reinforcement.

It's about preventing the steel reinforcement and concrete from coming into contact in the middle area of the beam, but I don't know what to do.

How can I make the two parts of the beam just connected? Right now, because they have become two separate sections, the load-bearing capacity has decreased.
