Re: ISSUE RIGID DIAPHRAGM MASONRY SHELL
The model (uploaded at the beginning of this thread) has one partition. I run the analysis with openseesmp. I havent had problems with this. Actually, if I change the type of element to ShellDKGT (for example), the model works.

Re: ISSUE RIGID DIAPHRAGM MASONRY SHELL
Sorry, I have tried to run the model in 3 different computers and it does not run correctly. We have checked that both STKO and OpenSees are updated.

Re: ISSUE RIGID DIAPHRAGM MASONRY SHELL
I have reinstalled both STKO and OpenSees using the 3.7.2 file from here: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/377415389_Compiled_code_for_OpenSees?channel=doi&linkId=65a9210fa59bf45fc9d52ad6&showFulltext=true.

Re: ISSUE RIGID DIAPHRAGM MASONRY SHELL
Hi STKO Team,
Thanks for answering so fast.
Thats weird. When I run the analysis, I get the Mumps error and the analysis continues until I get the results. However, as you can see in the screenshot, there is definetly a problem with the solver. Also, the period is super high.

ISSUE RIGID DIAPHRAGM MASONRY SHELL
Dear forum members,
I am modelling masonry arcades using shell elements. I have used a rigid diaphragm constraint to simulate the effect of the roof on top of the arcades being rigid. I have constrained the master node by locking Uz, Rx and Ry. After that, I set up the modal analysis steps ...

Hi STKO,
Do you have any suggestions on how to model available and well-known soil models like the Mohr-Coulomb, the soft soil or the hs-small? We are planning to develop the code to simulate them but I wondered if you have any suggestions or previous ideas. I preferred to ask you first.

Dear Team,

Hi!
I have been trying to reproduce the model you proposed considering the lumped plasticity approach and using zero Length elements. I have not been able to obtain a similar moment-curvature for the bending-axial behaviour. I have followed the approach proposed in the webminar about modelling the ...

Re: Modelling masonry EFM
Hi!
I have been using the RCBeamColumnProperty. I have found that when I select the "lumped plasticity with ZLhinge", some errors appear. The error says that I have to select a material for either Shear Vy, Vz and torsion T. Thinq is that at the ends of the beam, I dont want to add a shear hinge, I ...

Thanks for the file. I have been studying what you proposed.
I have been cheking your special purpose RCBeamColumnProperty. I have read some posts on this property and I am aware that it is still under development.
