Generic validation error - Problem License

Dear STKO Support Team,

I am experiencing a problem with the validation of the Educational license for STKO.

When launching the software, I receive the following error show in the photo.

I have already tried the following steps:

Temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall

Modifying the licenseSetup.log.txt file to enforce no-proxy mode (ProxyMode = 1)

Using a mobile hotspot to avoid possible network restrictions

Running the software as administrator

Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
