Re: Meshing
Please help me for solving this problem,
Thanks in advance.

Re: Meshing
Sorry but your model cannot be meshed with structured hexa elements (and you need them because you are using brickUP elements in OpenSees).
to make your geometry meshable with structured hexa mesh elements, you need to start with a geometry made of 4-sides surfaces (that in turn will be extruded in 6-faces solids)

Re: Meshing
You mean, I should change geometry totally!
Actually I don't have any idea about it.
I didn't understand the photo that you sent.

Re: Meshing
May you modify the file that I sent?
Re: Meshing
Sorry, on the forum we can offer support on how to do things, however we cannot fix the files for the users.May you modify the file that I sent?
What I explained in that picture (an you can learn these topics in the introductory webinars), is that for an full hexa mesh, your solid geometry must be made of 6-sided volumes (i.e. extruded 4-sided quads)Actually I don't have any idea about it.
