Hex Meshing Issue

I am having trouble meshing this soil pile interaction. I need to model the soil and pile as solid brick elements. However, when I try and mesh the Soil and Pile as Solid -> Structured -> Hex -> Linear, the mesh comes out very strangely.

Please see photos and scd file attached

How I can fix this so that the whole model is modelled with solid brick elements?

You have to make sure that all solids geometries are eligible for hexa meshing: they must have 6 faces, each face must have 4 sides.
