Error message by the analysis

I am trying to analyze this model related to this Youtube video.

& I got this error in the photo.
Can you please explain to me why i get this message.

Hi, One of the reasons for the error is overly coarse mesh in your model. If you look the following research article (pg.11, Eq.30) on DamageTC3D model, there is condition to check the snap-back behaviour of the constitutive model, which is:

l_dis < 2Gc/(sigma_p x epsilon_p)

l_dis is calculated from the mesh size (min edge size in quad element). So, there will an error if the condition is violated. I reduced the global mesh size to 100 in your model, it now works fine. Attached is the modified model.
