About License verification

I have applied for the trial license, and the agent in China told me that my application has been approved, but it is still in the limited state when using.

Can you please attach here the following files:
the licenseSetup.log file (It can be found in a path similar to file C:\Program Files\STKO), and the STKOerrorFeature.txt and the STKOlicense.txt files, which can be found in a path similar to C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\ASDEA Software Technology\STKO

I just find licenseSetup.log, but no STKOerrorFeature.txt and STAOlicense.txt.

Without the STKOerrorFeature.txt and STKOlicense.txt we cannot diagnose the problem. They may be in hidden files, so in your file explorer, make sure to click the View tab and check the box to view Hidden elements

The picture above shows the possible location of those settings.

the STKOerrorFeature.txt and the STKOlicense.txt files can be found in a path similar to C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\ASDEA Software Technology\STKO Make sure to replace the YOURUSER in the file path with the user name for your computer user profile
