Dear STKO,
in your webinars you set the fcr always equal to 0.2 of fcm or around that percentage. Could you suggest me some refercences that I can considered to set that value? Because, considering for example the Model code 10, it suggest 0.4 fcm that is quite hight and also it is a limit stress not the residual one.
Thanks in advance
Regards
Antonella

Re: Damage TC3d
Dear Antonella,
a value of residual compressive strength between 0.1 and 0.2 % of the peak strength is what is recommended as common practice for unreinforced concrete elements, and it is a conservative approach to use with other elements. I would suggest you identify the time of concrete and analysis you are performing and operate literature research with specific keywords.
Best,
Francesca
