Issue in meshing

Post by begumemte1991 » Thu Jun 11, 2020 2:04 pm

Dear STKO team,

I am facing a problem with meshing. Please see the picture below. Whenever I try to mesh the whole geometry, only a part of the whole geometry gets meshed. I am facing this problem after I have updated my STKO software to the latest version.
Also, the mesh is not structured even after putting the condition of structured mesh in 'mesh controls'. With the older version, I didn't face such issues.

dear User,
probably geometry is corrupted. This happens, for example, when geometries are imported from other software or after a lot of boolean operations.
Please, post your SCD file (zipped) here or send it by e-mail, so that we can have a look and help you.
Have a nice day

Dear Sir,

I built the geometry in STKO itself. After I got your reply, I built the geometry again but the problem didn't resolve. I am attaching the file herewith. Please look into the matter.

Dear Sir,
I solved the problem. I think I built the geometry in such a way that there were no faces at the part which was not getting meshed. When I used swipe command I was getting the above-mentioned error. But after using extrude command, I was able to mesh the whole geometry that too in a structured manner. Sorry for the inconvenience.
