Llumped Plasticity not running

Hello everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am working on a simple model of a cantilever column subjected to lateral loading using a concentrated plasticity model. The analysis runs without convergence issues; however, the plastic hinge does not "activate." I am attaching the model and would greatly appreciate any insights.

• You are pushing in global X, so the rotation will happen about the "local Y" axis of the element (so in the zero length the hinge should be at the 5 local DOF)
• Why are you doing a dynamic analysis? You simply need a static one with that imposed cyclic displacement history
