Error in ASD bond-slip

Dear STKO team,

I am using ASD bond slip model and I am getting the error as shown in the attachment. It says that fc should be greater than zero but I have already defined fc more than zero.

I have attached my model here . Kindly let me know why am I getting this error. (I have installed the new version of STKO and then OpenSees. I hope that order of installation does not matter).

It's zero in the other bond slip material you didn't use
