1.Using rectengularfibersection and assign new ASDConcrete 1D material, the program shuts down using confined unconfined capabilities

2. installing Opensees version 3.7 from Prof. Tarque the file does not contain the HDF5 1.10.1 extension. The previous version contained it. Does STKO 4.0 already have the postprocessing file itself?

The automatic confinement tool does not support it yet. however it should not crash, we will look into it.

It's because now OpenSees links to it statically (it's inside opensees)
