How could I call the toolbar?

I close all the toolbar to take a screenshot, and I want to call the toolbar now.

But I do the right click and there is not any response.

How do I solve the problem?

Dear luckypants,
you should clear your registry data.
We wrote a quick python script you can run on your pc for you. Just run it from the Windows Console with STKO closed and it will restore the default interface.

I have the same error if I run the script twice.

Could you try again in this order:

- close STKO
- run the script
- reopen STKO

If you see in the script we are trying to clear the registry of your computer from those two files called "State" and "Geometry" in the folder "Software\ASDEA Software Technology\STKO\CaeMainWindow".
Can you go into your registry with administrator access and manually erase the files?

I found that there wasn't the files in CaeMainWindow, and there wasn't also CaeMainWindow there.

that's not the system registry.
You need to type regedit in your windows search bar, run regedit.exe as administrator and navigate to
"Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ASDEA Software Technology\STKO\CaeMainWindow"
Here you should find the two files I mentioned before:

See if you can reach this folder and erase the files
