Problem with meshing element

Dear STKO Team,

I am facing problems with meshing a rectangular concrete section from which was substracted a vertical cylinder. The model represents a RC wall.
When I try to build the mesh, even if I choose different options for the mesh, there is nothing happening with the concrete section.
Attached to this message, please find the model.
Please help.
