STkO Trial License Validation Problem

When I launch the STKO on my laptop. The program stays stuck at validating license.

dear User,
please, send us this file:
- "licenseSetup.log" (in stko installation directory);
- "STKOlicense.txt" (usually in "C:\Users\utente\AppData\Local\ASDEA Software Technology\STKO").
