STKO with Windows 11 on ARM / Snapdragon X

Hi, I’m considering buying a Microsoft Surface Laptop with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X processor and Windows 11 on ARM.
Has anyone tested STKO on this platform? In particular, does the x64 version run correctly through Microsoft Prism emulation?
I’d also like to know if there are any known issues with OpenSees/OpenSeesMP, plugins, external processes, or other STKO features.

it should work but through an emulator performance might not be the best
