It's a non-convergence warning, but the adaptive time-step should try to adapt the time step to overcome it
It's typical in nonlinear analysis, you should try to find the source of the convergence issue.
Sometimes it's due to wrong material/settings. Sometimes instead it simply means that your model failed and no solution can be found.
either way, you should figure it out

thank you for your replay, i found that the column beside the shear wall when i change it to disbeamcolumn element no error can you explain why is that

Then maybe it's a problem of brittleness of the response: the Force beam column localizes in only 1 gauss point. it's more accurate but might give more convergence issues
