Issue with STKO Monitor

Hi STKO Team, I hope you’re all doing well.

I’m opening this thread to kindly ask for your support regarding a technical issue with the STKO Monitor data extraction function.

I would like to copy the full acceleration time history that I am currently monitoring and paste it into an Excel worksheet, so that I can later use the data for post-processing in my project.

A couple of months ago, I was able to do this without any problems. However, for some reason, I can no longer extract the data—the console now throws an error that I have not been able to resolve.

Below, I have attached a screenshot of the issue.

It's really strange. Make sure it's not due to some special character on your folder.
Anyway, there's another way to get data: what the monitor is printing on that table is actually the content of a .plt file inside the same folder
