K=E/[3*(1-2*v)]
G=E/2*(1+v)

ASDAbsorbing boundary

Dear STKO team

In webinar 25, you used the elastic isotropic material of the soil so the absorbing boundary parameters was the same as the soil (G and v), but if I use the other material of the soil such as PIMY, PDMY and so on, How can I determine the parameters of the absorbing boundary?

In our lab, there two workstations.
one: 32 cores and 32 logical processors
another one: 20 cores and 40 logical processors
How can I determine the number of partition when I use parallel calculating?
What determines it? Cores or logical processors?

You can assume 10~100 times the smallest value of E of the elements in contact.
Why is the parameter determined in this way? Are there any references?
