STKO closes while meshing

Hi STKO Team,
I am a research scholar in structural engineering working on modelling of slabs in STKO.
I have done modelling of a square slab of size 3.7 m x 3.7 m supported on edge beams on all four sides. The concrete solid (created using extrusion and parallelpiped) and the reinforcements (using lines) are created separately in the same model, and then the reinforcements are placed inside the concrete in accordance with the cover requirements.

I was able to complete the meshing for each part (merged solid part and lines) individually. But when assembled together, when I did meshing, after some meshing of the faces, the software crashed (closed automatically). I have tried different mesh sizes, viz., 50, 80, 100, 200, and 500. I didn't do any mesh controls for all the mesh sizes. But once I've done the mesh controls for the united model, the same happens (crashes).

I have sorted the problem and rectified it by remodeling. The issue was with the meshing of faces. As in the picture shared, I have created partitions using the "Face 3/4" option and then merged it with the "solid" part. I think that may be the issue. In the new model, I adopted another procedure for partitioning.
