The plastic part of ManzariDafalias(sanisand) mosdel is not successfully activated

Hello, I am trying to simulate pile lateral loading using the SANISAND model. However, the pile lateral load–displacement curve is completely linear, and plasticity part of this model is not activated. The model parameters are taken from those provided in the OpenSees documentation.
