material tester error

i am modeling a masonry wall. i assigned damageTC3D property. while i run the tester material, this is the error i am having

i am attaching my model. have a look at it

In your model I don't see the DamageTC3D, you are using the ASDConcrete3D (which is fine. it's the updated version of it).
However i dont' have any error in the material tester. So maybe you are using an older version of OpenSees
