First I noticed some oscillation in your monitor.
Don't use TRBF2 integrator with algorithms that do not update the tangent everytime. Change it to newmark.
Then, please explain better what is not equal.

Thank you for the feedback.
Regarding the issue: I noticed that the input acceleration at the base and the output (recorded) acceleration at the same location are not identical. My understanding is that for a correct implementation of the boundary conditions, the input motion and the response at the base node should match. Could you please clarify if this expectation is correct? If not, what differences are normally expected?
Also, I would appreciate guidance on how to include the third (vertical) component of the earthquake in my analysis. Right now I am only applying the two horizontal components, and I want to make sure I implement the vertical one correctly in OpenSees.
