OpenSeesmp and OpenSeessp for Linux System

Post by MusZip » Thu Jan 30, 2025 6:39 am

Hello,

I would like to run the OpenSees models which is generated by STKO in OpenSeesmp or OpenSeessp program located on a seperate unix system in a batch mode. For this purpose, I need their source codes in order to debug and build it for a centOS-based unix system.

Altough I know an alternative and fast solution which is provided in "Amazon Platform", I need a permenant solution for a long term use.

What must I do?

I look forward your advice and suggestions.
Best wishings,

The files generated by STKO are simply Tcl files. You can copy them where you want (on any OS) and run OpenSees from there.

If you are referring to how to compile OpenSees on that specific OS, we cannot assist you in that. You may find information on the OpenSees Github page
