A centrifuge shaking table test

Hello everyone:
In order to simulate a centrifuge shaking table test, I used PDMY(Pressure Depend Multiyield) material to simulate liquefied soil. Although pore water pressure could verify the test data, the acceleration response of soil, especially the acceleration attenuation effect of shallow soil, could not be simulated. The test attenuation was rapid, but the simulation would be maintained at a high level in the end. In order to shorten my calculation time, I have not yet added the superstructure, only the soil.I don't know what to do next, so I upload my model and ask for your help.

Sorry but this is not a modeling question. There might be many reasons why your results do not match the experimental ones. First of all you have to check material parameters.

There are only 2 strange things I noticed and you may look into them:
  • All analyses have different settings, different penalty parameters for example, try to uniform them
  • When you cannot achieve convergence (for example in the last stage), don't just increase the test tolerance, you will end up accepting errors. Try the adaptive time steo instead
  • Finally, the damping is not correct I think. In the title of your analysis step you mentioned a 2% damping ratio, but what you put in the -rayleigh option of the region command are the damping coefficients, not the damping ratios
