Hello,

We mistakenly registered a machine as the super user, and now the user cannot use the software. We didnt register it in their instance. Is there a way on your end to clear the registration if we provide the machine address or identifier? We wish to re-register in the users instance.

Of course, just let us know your system info code.
You can get it either in STKO->menu->help->system info, or on the "system info" button that appears in the window that pops up when STKO cannot validate your license.

Copy the code that it shows and paste it here. We will remove your registration from our databases so that you can re-register it
