Dear STKO Forum,
I wanted to make a contactelement between the fill and the spandrel/arch for my bridge model. For a first try, I have implemented the ZerolengthContactASDimplex element and gave the solid arch elements as the master and the surface of the fill the slave. The solid elements are four-node tetrahedrons.
When I run the analysis, I get the error of the picture below that I use the wrong element type. I have tried to search a bit on which element type to use but can't seem to find which one specific. If somebody knows the answer, it would help me a lot. I have also attached the model.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Mats

The master should be the boundary face of the solid, not the solid itself
