Excuse me: Why does the program crash when I click on "[1] Concrete" in "Physical Property" or modify the parameters inside?

This crash sometimes happens when your geometry has imperfections (usually after boolean operations).
We fixed it in version 4.0.0. It should be released within the next 2 weeks.

In the meantime, I tried to fix the geometry of your model.
Can you try to see if you still have this problem with this new file?
