there is a section with Prestressed reinforced concrete ,the section is circle section with prestrees bar . please see the attached files . how to fiber the section . thank you very much.

you can give me some case about prestress concrete model or where can find some model?

You should use the Fiber section for generic shape sections. Check the user manual from page 72

2、which material I can use for pre-stress? Reinforcing steel is right?

You can choose any steel material model.
To include prestress, you can create an InitialStress uniaxial material, that takes the original material, and applies a user-defined initial stress. Then you can use this modified material in your cross-section.
You can find it under Physical Properties->materials->uniaxial->Other Unixial Materials->InitStressMaterial

3、how to create a simple beam/bar only deliver load, have not section.

If you don't need a beam, you can just use a truss. In this case you need to define:

1. The steel material
2. The initStressMaterial
3. The truss physical property.
   Chhose trype = truss
   uniTag = the InitStressMaterial previously created
   elastic_Section = any section. You just need it to obtain the area
