Dear STKO team
The shear wall with boundary needs to be loaded. Is there a refrence Point A that can replace the Top Line X

? If it can be done, the vertical and horizontal force can be loaded on the Point A. How to establish the relationship between Point A and Line X in STKO?
The model file is here

You can simply use a RigidLink on an interaction whose master is the central node, and the slaves are the shell edges and beam top nodes.

However, there are some mistakes in the model that I tried to fix:
  • I added (with merge) a central vertical cut in the wall, otherwise it cannot be meshed with a structured all-quad mesh
  • The GJ parameter of beams is 0, make it a reasonable value, otherwise the beam can be singular in torsion
  • The layout of your section is non-symmetric. While it is fine in 2D analyses, it can create problems in shells. To make it symmetric you can use 1 layer of vertical rebars in the middle, and 2 layers (one before and one after) with half their real thickness. Otherwise your model will bend out-of-plane due to this non-symmetry

Here's the file. Try to make the shell section symmetric to avoid the out of plane bending
