Surface Load

Dear STKO team,
I have a problem related to how to apply surface load to the floor.
1/ If I create several rectangular, the code got an error due to multiple rectangulars sitting in a beam.
2/ If I create a rectangular with outside boundary of the whole floor. The error is this rectangular has more than 4 vertices.
How can I solve this problem.
You can see the model in attached file.
