MPI Error

Dear STKO Team
When I try to run my model with OpenSeesMP in a machine with Windows 7 operating system, the following message appears and analysis does not proceed further. Please help me to fix this issue. Thanks.

Did you download the latest OpenSees version from Prof. Tarque site? Or are you using your compiled version? can you send us your model?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I installed Prof Tarque's solvers. I hereby attach the model for your review.

The model runs fine on our PCs.
Windows 7 has not been tested a lot since its support by Microsoft ended in July 2020.
Make sure you have the rights to run the OpenSeesMP.bat and make sure you don't have any firewall trying to block the mpic.exec.hydra.exe
