I solved this porblem however, there is something wrong about my model. Participating mass ratios are almost zero. What can be reason of this?

also for this we would need your model, it's otherwise impossible to tell what's wrong

Participating mass could be very low for the presence of local modes, if you have elements that have a completely different stiffness from the rest of the structure, they may come up first in the analysis. You should either ask for more modes, check the connections in your geometry (maybe you can spot any possible errors by checking the mode shapes), and check the order of magnitude of your mass if you are putting it inconsistently with respect to the rest of the model that can also generate mistakes.
