In the post processor function that I know, extract chart data makes only the values of nodes or Gaussian nodes into tables.
I want extract chart of value of the forcebeamcolumn with time history analysis. I can't find separate method, so I try to extract data by text file recorder through custom tcl code. In order to check the element tag, I check the coordinates of the node to check the element tag.
Is there an easier way to check the tag of the element or node or an easier way to make the table of the element right away?

I did not understand which kind of results you want to extract.
From the Chart data wizard, you can extract results on the nodes, on the element gauss points, and on the fibers. If you want to know the tag of a specific node in the mesh you should go in the preprocessor and turn on "display labels" from the quick toolbar to check the tag (you need to flag "Show node labels", in the section "In mesh" of the display options).
