solver kit error

Post by JKLee » Mon Aug 23, 2021 3:09 am

Hello, I am a student who is studying rc column modeling after watching YouTube below. I tried skto for the first time and got an error on "solver kit".
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPB9ZwT ... 7qTOJL94rv

I am attaching the modelled file and the problematic PNG file because I am having difficulties during the 'Material Test' and 'Run Analysis' processes.

I thought the reason I got this error was because there was no 'solver kit'. However, If you look at 'solver kit.PNG', there is OpenSees.

Please help me how to solve this problem.

Dear JKLee,

Which OpenSees are you using?
We suggest you to uninstall it and reinstall using the first option indicated on our website in the DOWNLOAD area.

• OpenSees 3.2.2 compiled by prof. Nicola Tarque, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru
Features: Sequential OpenSees, Parallel OpenSees, Continuous Updates
Download the precompiled version of OpenSees (sequential) and OpenSeesMP (parallel)
Install them in the folder C:\OpenSees-Solvers (Default location)

Let us know how it goes.
