Issue in Sbtract command

Dear Stko team,
I am facing problem in cutting the section of 3d fem exact at the same location of bars provided in the geometry of beam only (as cuts for the bars of the columns are already done).
Problem is that
1. I select the main Solid geometry of beam after selecting "Subtract command"
2. Then select the faces of the bars in the beam(needs cuts )
3. Problem is that section where the column and beam bars passed through the same section (joint region) gets hidden. and the only central bars of the rebars appeared as shown in the attached screenshot.
The model is also attached herewith for your kind review.
