Will interaction Properties like Equal DOF be gone If I use any Boolean operation( Merge, MAKE WIRE or compound). In my case, I have applied equal DOF in central node IN Y Direction, but I want to use any boolean operation so that nodes at the ends of the truss element are compatible with frame element.

Boundary conditions and property assignments will remain after any CAD operation, that is, they will be transferred to new geometries upon any change, as in boolean operations.

If you want to make sure, after your boolean operations, edit the boundary condition. It will then select the entities on which it is applied. So that you can double-check.
