running issue on MAC

hi
I'm using windows with parallels in my MAC OS. I'm having an error running the O.
can you see my screenshot, anyone solve this issue?

Hi,
must create a folder in Windows and not as a link to a MacOS folder ('\mac\home\desktop\...)
