How did you solve this problem? I met the same problem.

Actually I couldn't solve it. I made a clean install of Windows. After that I installed STKO and solver pack of Prof. Tarque. That is enough to run parallel analyses. Anything else than Prof. Tarque's pack (like Intel's MPI package etc..) can cause problems which I couldn't find a way to solve.
