STKO Opening error

I used STKO version 3.3.0 until yesterday, but then it started to not work.
When I click on the icon to open it, there is the initial window, but then after one minute it closes and I'm not able to open the software in any way.
I tried to uninstall and install it again, but nothing.
Any suggestion?

Let's see if something corrupted the registry entry for STKO.
Try the following steps:

• Type regedit in the Windows search bar and open the System Registry

• Navigate to the STKO entry and remove it. The close the registry

• Finally go to

  C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\ASDEA Software Technology

  (where USER is your user name in Windows), and delete the STKO folder (note that AppData is an hidden folder, you may need to set hidden folders visible)

• Finally restart STKO. It will ask you to re-enter the Customer ID
