How to solve error during running (BAD TERMINATION OF ONE OF YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS

Hi STKO,
Im running a complicated 3D model (soil and building with basements, and pile foundation), but I always got an error as in the attached file.

This error occurred at the last stage (earthquake analysis), after running more than 1s of earthquake time series.

Do you know what my problem is and how to solve it?
