External solver error: Cannot find "Option" attribute

I am facing the above-mentioned issue when trying to run analysis of a cantilever RC column modelled using M-R spring based lumped plasticity approach. I am attaching herewith the screenshot of the error message for the reference. Kindly help me overcome this issue. Thank you.
