apply for free STKO licenses

Dear STKO team,
Recently (June 13, 2023), our research group submitted an application for three free STKO licenses, but the license has not yet been successfully extended. I heard it's due to a system malfunction. How long will it take for the system to return to normal? Thank you very much for your help.
