It's because you are using a DispBeamColumInt, try the dispbeamcolumn or forcebeamcolumn.

Can you please attach the model where you have this error? I tried to change the element properties in the model you attached before, and it works for me. (you also need to add a node to your selection set that you use for displacement control)

It seems you set up your analysis for parallel computing with OpenSeesMP ( I can see it from the ParallelRCM numberer), but you lanched the sequential opensees that does not have that option.
Just use OpenSeesMP
