Dear STKO team,
As shown in the figure, I can only divide the composite section into triangles in STKO, but I want to divide this composite section into quadrangles. How is it implemented in STKO? What is the influence of the composite section divided into triangles and quadrangles on the simulation results?

Re: Fiber section division
There is a way to mesh it with quadrilateral meshes. But you need to draw your section as a compoung of 4-sided surfaces in the CAD environment of STKO, and import them into the Fiber section editor.
However, it is not going to improve anything. It's not like in finite elements, where a quad is better then a triangle. They are just fibers, so they just know their centroid (position) and area... not their shape
