Error installing OpenSees-solver3.3

I have this problem when I install OpenSees-solver3.3 on a window7 computer, as shown in the figure.
I hope you all can help me solve this problem, thank you very much.

This can happen in some of these cases:
1) you have opensees already running while installing the new version. if this is the case, close OpenSees, then re-install it.
2) You have an antivirus or firewall blocking the installer
3) Your installer was corrupted during download, try to re-download it
