In the attached picture, you didn’t consider the presence of the spandrels in the 1st level of the wall. Is it because they don’t have any effect on the response of the structure?

You are right, you need also to consider the spandrels at the first floor. please add to Clarabella's idealization the spandrels at the base.

Here attached the model that I built to model the building without the horizontal connections. Can you please check it for me? On the other hand, I have two more questions:
1 – I understand that to consider the presence of the lintel beams, I should increase the shear strength of the walls by 30 to 50%. But this increase will be on a global scale, affecting the base shear capacity of the structure. So which parameters (of each element) should I change to get the wanted increase, and by how should I increase them?
2 – There is a flexible diaphragm connecting the walls (It’s a wooden floor). Should I add some constraints to my model to take it into account or there is no need to do that?

the gravity load runs. I don't know if the numbers or the schematization are correct, you will need to check it. You should consider the total vertical reaction force and compare it with hand calculations. We always check our model with simple calculations. The model is linear so you can run it only in 1 step, however even for nonlinear I suggest using maximum 10 steps for the vertical load.

You have to calculate the shear capacity of your elements increasing the masonry shear strength. You should check codes, guidelines and literature to find the equations

if you like to consider the flexibility you have to model it otherwise if you want to consider 0 in-plane stiffness you should not include it in the model[/color
