How to Simultaneously Analyze Seismic Waves with Different Amplitudes

Currently, I need to analyze a structure for seismic waves at different amplitudes, and I already analyze a seismic wave at a specific amplitude. In order to improve efficiency, I need the files run by STKO to be able to analyze seismic waves at different amplitudes at the same time. I hope you can give me some suggestions, thank you.
